An empty spec home staged in the agent's own photos

An empty $3.2M spec home staged virtually in the agent’s own photos: the actual windows, the actual floors, nothing that isn’t there.

The brief, verbatim

I'm a listing agent and I just took on a brand-new spec home, about $3.2 million, completely empty, and empty houses do not sell at this level: buyers walk in and feel nothing. I'm attaching photos of every room. I need it virtually staged for the listing: furnish these exact rooms so they feel warm and expensive and move-in real. It has to be these rooms, my photos, the actual windows and floors: buyers will see the real house at showings, so nothing can look different from what's really there.

What the room did

The before-and-after staging book pairs every staged room with the agent’s original photograph, so the honesty of each edit reads side by side. The staged frames shipped MLS-clean for the listing.
