A membership with us, not insurance
You pay us once a year, and that’s the whole arrangement: no deductibles, no claim forms, no waiting periods. Your membership starts the day you join.

A $1,250 crown is $1,000 for members. A $195 tooth-colored filling is $156.

Questions we hear
Is this dental insurance?
No, and that’s what makes it simple. The Membership Plan is an agreement between you and our practice. You pay one annual fee directly to us. Your cleanings, exams and routine x-rays are included, and everything else we do is 20% off. There are no deductibles to meet, no claim forms to file, no waiting periods, and no yearly maximum on your discount. It only works at our office, and it isn’t a substitute for insurance if you need coverage for care elsewhere.
I have [Network A] or [Network B]. Can I keep seeing you?
Yes. You’re still our patient. After February 28, 2027, we’re out of network for those plans. Many plans pay something toward out-of-network care, so we’ll give you an itemized receipt to send in, or send the claim for you as a courtesy. Your plan decides what it reimburses.
I have a different dental insurance. Does anything change?
If it’s one we still accept, nothing changes.
Can I use the Membership Plan with my insurance?
The plan is for patients paying us directly, so it isn’t used alongside insurance at our office. If you have dental insurance, you can choose either one. We’re happy to help you compare.
When does my membership start?
The day you join. There’s no waiting period, so your included visits and your 20% begin right away. Joining opens December 1, 2026, and your year runs twelve months from the day you join.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Let us know in writing and it takes effect when we receive it. There’s no cancellation fee. We refund your annual fee minus the standard-fee value of the included care you’ve already used.
Is there a family membership?
Each person joins on their own membership: $399 for each adult and teen 14 and up, $299 for each child 13 and under.
What if I only use one cleaning?
Included visits stay with their membership year. An unused cleaning doesn’t carry over to the next year or pass to someone else.
I’m a new patient. How does my first visit work?
Your first comprehensive exam counts as one of your two included exams, and a full-mouth set of x-rays is included at that visit when the dentist calls for it.
What if I need a different kind of cleaning?
If the dentist recommends periodontal maintenance cleanings in place of routine ones, your two included cleanings are credited at their standard fee toward those visits, and the rest is billed with your 20% off.
Does the 20% apply if you refer me to a specialist?
The 20% applies to treatment done at our office by our dentists and hygienists. It doesn’t apply at a specialist’s office, and it doesn’t combine with other offers.
What happens at the end of my year?
We’ll send you a reminder 30 days before your year ends. If the annual fee ever changes, we’ll tell you at least 60 days before it applies to you.
