Hey Laura, companies ask for our venue deck and we send them a PDF of menus. Saturdays from May to October are booked; Tuesday to Thursday and January to March are empty. Make a corporate events sales deck we can send to companies for weekday dinners and winter offsites: the rooms, their capacities and floor plans, the menus, and three sample evenings, plus a one page version for email. It has to show the water and the sunset light and look like our brand. This is a sample; the venue, the menus and the prices are invented. We're Harbor Light Pavilion, an independent waterfront venue on the bay in San Diego: a ballroom for 250 seated, a terrace on the water for 180 standing, and a private dining room for 30. Three dinner menus at $95, $125 and $160 a person. Our colors are navy, sand and brass, and our buyers are executive assistants, office managers and sales leaders.
