It organizes the 64 items counsel asked for, tracks where each one stands, and gives you a live read on the whole board so nothing sits open by surprise. It's a packing list you check off together, not a grade on you.
It carries no legal opinions. It doesn't decide whether a document is legally sufficient. A handful of items are marked Needs Counsel Review: those are the ones that genuinely need a lawyer's judgment, so they route to your own attorney. This tool gathers them into one tidy batch and tees them up; your counsel finalizes them. The other items are ordinary founder tasks — collect a signature, confirm a filing went out, pull a document — and they don't wear a counsel flag.
Counsel asked that each uploaded file be labeled to its request number. Every item has a Copy label button that puts the canonical string on your clipboard, e.g. 3.4 — Founder pre-formation IP assignment. Paste it onto the file name in your data room.
