Film, Music & Animation · Seascape painting, two hands
Rough Sea and Sky
A rough-coast seascape in a late-1860s manner: heavy surf, storm light, almost no figures, the paint left visible as paint.
The brief, verbatim
Generate a seascape, late 1860s to early 1870s.
What the studio made
Rough Sea and Sky: the raw coast under storm light, heavy surf breaking into pale spray over a green-black churning sea in broken colour. Beside it, the same coast repainted in a second period hand, the sea built from mass rather than shimmer, a solid wave wall troweled thick with palette-knife impasto.
