A little till and record book for your weekend markets. Tap to sell, glance at the day's take, close the market when you pack up — and let it remember, market after market, which ones earned their table fee.
This is the face you'll live in on a market morning — cold thumbs, a customer talking, the wind up. It's built to be tapped without looking, and to forgive a mistake instantly. Here's the whole flow, in the order the day takes it.
Start the market
Tap Start a market, give it a name and a date, and tap Open the market. The date is already set to today, so most mornings it's just a name and go.
Tap a piece to sell it
Every piece you make is a big button. One tap is one sale — the take climbs, and a little note flashes to show it landed. That's the whole rhythm of the morning.
Add a special piece
Brought one-of-a-kind pieces this morning? Tap + Special piece, give it a name and price, and it joins the buttons with a little one-off tag. It sells with a tap, just like the rest.
Check today's sales
Tap Today's sales for the running list, newest at the top. If a number's off, tap Remove on that line and it's gone from the take.
The big undo is always there
Mis-tapped? The dark Undo last sale button sits at the bottom of the screen all morning, as big as the sell buttons, so your thumb finds it without your eyes. One tap takes back the last sale. Tap it again to take back the one before. Nothing is ever really lost.
Close the market
Packing the van? Tap Close market. The day's take fills the screen one last time, and when you tap Close & save it's written into your ledger for good, and the register clears itself for next time.
The whole morning, in five taps
Every market you close lands here for good. Over a season this is the quiet answer to the question that actually matters when the spring schedule comes out: which markets to book again, and which one to let go. The example below is just that — a picture of what a season might look like, not your own ledger. Yours fills in market by market, in your own market names.
Your markets, sorted by what they earn. When you've been to the same market more than once, the app averages those days together — so a fair one-off day doesn't flatter a market that was quiet the other three times. The three below are made up to show the idea:
Tap a closed market and it opens to show exactly what sold, by piece — counts and revenue, biggest earner first. This is where you see whether it was the bowls carrying the day or one good special.
Below: one good day at the town market above — still an example.
Come March, you open the ledger and know, in five seconds, which three markets to book — and which one to skip.
Three small things worth knowing: how to set up the pieces you sell every market, how to keep your history safe, and how to clear the sample the app arrives with when you're ready to begin for real.
Under Catalog live the pieces you sell every market — a name and a price each. These become your sell buttons.
Tap + Add a piece type to add one. To change a name or price, just type over it. To remove one, tap Remove.
Removing a piece never touches your past sales. A closed market keeps its own record of everything that sold there, exactly as it was on the day. You're only changing tomorrow's buttons, never yesterday's takings.
When the app first opens, it's showing you a sample market with some pretend sales, just so it isn't empty while you find your way around.
When you're ready to begin for real, open Backup and tap Clear the demo data. The sample vanishes and you're left with a clean, empty table. That button only appears while the demo is still there — the moment you sell something real, it quietly goes away.
Everything lives on your phone and nowhere else. That's the point — but it means the safety net is yours to keep, and the app makes it one tap.
Open Backup, tap Save a backup file. Your phone tucks away a small file that holds your whole register. Do it now and then, say after a good market day.
If you ever clear your browser or switch phones: open Backup, tap Restore from a backup, pick that file — and everything comes back exactly as it was. Nothing lost.
Three habits, and that's the lot
Tap to sell. The big undo when a thumb slips. Close the market and watch the take. Then, come spring, the truth of your table — market by market, plain as day.
Come back to your brief, say what you see on the screen, and you'll be walked through it. No question is too small.
No accounts, no sign-in, no card fees. Nothing leaves your phone. It works with no signal at all.
