An event agency's next night for a fashion house, filmed before it happens: a candlelit dinner the length of a Paris arcade.
The brief, verbatim
Here's an example. Valentino is our client, and we're doing an upcoming event for them next October 4 at Passage des Panoramas in Paris. We have included four attachments:
- The deck presenting the event that is coming in October. You can find all the details we showed the client and the concept.
- Three videos of past events we have done for Valentino that show the kind of dynamics, aesthetics, and energy of guests attending and how they dress in the Valentino by Alessandro de Michele designs.
If you can, please do a video and renders of our upcoming event at Passage des Panoramas in Paris, so we can show it to the clients.
What the studio made
A concept film of the evening at Passage des Panoramas: guests arriving under the arcade's glass roof, one long table under hundreds of candles, a performance at the end of the passage, and the renders of the night beside it, built from the agency's deck, mood board and films of past events.
