Hey Laura, we're pitching a boutique hotel group for their spring campaign and the RFP is due Friday. Every pitch pulls our designers off client work for a week and we lose three out of four, so this one has to look like the finished campaign, not a moodboard. Make the whole pitch: the big idea, three key visuals that look like a real shoot, a social rollout plan, a short written answer to each of the RFP's questions, and the deck we present in the room, as a PDF. This is a sample; the agency, the hotel group and the numbers are invented. We're Tallow Street Studio, a 14 person digital and social agency in Atlanta; our work is hospitality, a pro sports team and two beauty brands. The prospect is Wren House Hotels, three boutique hotels in Charleston, Savannah and Beaufort. They want weekday stays in March and April from travelers in Atlanta, Charlotte and Nashville, and the campaign budget is $180,000. Their look is old brick, linen and low country light. The RFP asks four questions: your idea, how it runs on social, how you measure it, and your team.
