Help with your work or your account
Something in a brief you'd like a hand with, a question about your balance, or anything about how the studio is running for you:
If you're asking us to look at something specific in your work, that's the one time a support specialist can open the exact item you point us to, for the exact purpose you asked, and nothing more, and every one of those accesses is logged. You can ask us for that record. The full account is in the Privacy Policy (§7).
Privacy, your data, and your rights
To export your work, close your account, correct something we hold, object to certain processing, exercise a right your local law gives you, or ask for the record of any support access to your work:
