Can I cancel any time?
Yes. In Settings, open Billing and choose Manage plan. You keep the plan to the end of the period you paid for, and your finished work stays yours.
What does a plan include?
The whole studio, in every craft, on every plan. Each month the plan adds studio credit to your balance, the amount shown on its card, to use that month on any brief.
How do team seats work?
Seats on each plan: Pro 1, Studio 2, Growth 5. Teams is priced per seat, from 6 to 25 seats, and each seat adds its monthly credit. For more, see Enterprise.
What happens to my data?
Your work is yours. We do not train on your work, and neither do the providers the studio works through. The Privacy Policy says what we keep and why.
How do I get help with a charge?
Open Get Help, choose Billing, and a person answers. Charges and credit follow our Terms of Service.
