I'm a listing agent and this house is my problem: a 1978 ranch, solid bones, eight months on the market and every buyer walks in and sees 1978 — the paneling, the carpet, the harvest-gold kitchen. Photos attached, including the sad exterior. The sellers can't afford a renovation and I can't keep hosting empty open houses.
