A skincare line built to hand a contract lab

A peptide skincare line built to hand a contract lab: real formulations, honest claims, and the shelf presence to match.

The brief, verbatim

I want to build a peptide skincare line, high-end and premium, and I want to open your work and feel like the line already exists and is sitting on a shelf at the best store in the city.

The whole idea is peptides across the entire regimen. This is about youth: anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, anti-pigmentation, firmer and better skin over time. A complete morning and evening routine built on the best peptide formulations available, for men and women both, same line for everyone, age does not matter. The full lineup:

  • A face wash
  • Serums
  • A moisturizer
  • A body wash
  • A body lotion

All peptide-forward, all part of one regimen you use morning and night.

This has to be real. I am going to take these formulations to an actual lab and say build me this, so nothing invented, nothing fake, everything above board and compliant with the regulations for skincare and cosmetic claims. I want real, general formulations at the level a contract lab can actually work from: which peptides, at what role and rough level, why each one, what supporting ingredients, how the morning and evening products work together as a system. Be honest about what peptides can and cannot do, and keep every claim inside what is legally defensible. Where something is a genuine formulation recommendation, say so. Where something is illustrative and would need the lab's chemists to finalize, say that too. Do not blur the two.

Start with a real intake before you formulate. Have your team ask me the questions a serious formulation scientist would need answered before designing anything: skin types and concerns to prioritize, sensitivity and tolerance, any peptides or actives I want to anchor on or avoid, fragrance or fragrance-free, vegan or clean requirements, texture and experience I am after, price tier and positioning, and whether I am aiming at the US market or wider so the regulatory path is right. Get what the scientists need, then formulate. Clarifying the brief up front is exactly right here.

Then build the whole brand around it, you name it and you own the creative. I am not touching packaging or identity, that is all you:

  • The brand name and the story
  • The identity, the logo, the palette, the voice, the premium feel
  • The packaging for every product, designed, the bottles, the jars, the labels, so the full line looks real and cohesive on a shelf
  • How it shows up: the website, the way the regimen is presented, the campaign imagery that sells the promise of youth without looking cheap

Give me the book as if the line is finished and ready to launch, the brand, the science, the products, the packaging, all of it one polished world I could show an investor or a buyer tomorrow.

And make it actionable and real. Point me to the best labs and contract manufacturers in the US I could actually take these formulations to, ones you can verify genuinely exist, so I can walk out of this and start making samples. If you cannot verify a lab is real, do not list it. Tell me what to hand them and what to expect from the process.

Make me believe this is already a brand, and hand me the map to go build it for real.
