I run a five person bookkeeping practice in Pittsburgh. Clients email us their receipts and statements and then ask where things stand, and we lose hours chasing files.

Build a simple client portal: each client signs in, sees what we need from them this month, uploads files, and sees the status of their books. My team sees every client in one list. Make it work well on a phone. It must never ask for or store card numbers or anyone's health information.

This is a sample for our page: make up an illustrative company, people and numbers, and label it clearly as sample work.
