Film, Music & Animation · Launch film for a single malt
Càrn
The finished work
Aged in no hurry: thirty seconds for a single-malt whisky, slow, warm and low-lit.
The brief, verbatim
I want a 30-second film for a single-malt whisky, Càrn. The idea: aged in no hurry. Slow, warm, low-lit. A pour in close-up, the liquid catching amber light. A distillery at dusk, barrels in a dark warehouse, a single glass on worn wood. A man by a fire, unhurried, turning the glass, the light moving through it. No rush anywhere. End card: CÀRN, then "Nothing worth having is fast."
The bottle and the glass must be consistent in every frame. Lock the bottle: a squat, heavy amber bottle, wax-sealed neck, an understated cream label with the name in blackletter. Same bottle, same label, same seal, and the same short crystal tumbler throughout. Non-negotiable.
I need the finished file plus the shot list.
What the studio made
"Càrn", thirty seconds: the pour in close-up, amber in the light; The distillery at dusk; Barrels in a dark warehouse; A man by the fire turning the glass; Then the name in blackletter and the line "Nothing worth having is fast." The same bottle and the same tumbler in every frame, as the brief locked them.
