Chill Set: Three Tracks
Three different tracks with one easy vibe: one for the pool, one for the drive, one for a walk.
The brief, verbatim
I want you to make me some cool music. Nice artists. I don't know, I'm more about relax chill, poolside, maybe nice voice, also a couple of nice voices. I'm all about that.
I need three tracks that can't be all the same. It has to be very different but the same kind of vibe. I need to chill out. It's like taking a chill pill and just enjoying whether you listen to it at the pool, drive, or on a walk. I don't mind voices, so I'm looking for quality. I don't want to pay a lot of money either.
What the studio made
"Weightless" for the pool, a wordless voice floating over warm Rhodes and soft bass; "The Long Way Home" for the drive, a relaxed soul groove with a warm male voice and organ; "Golden Hour" for the walk, fingerpicked guitar, brushed drums and a woman's voice close to the ear. Each has its own cover, and the two sung tracks have lyric sheets.
