Hey Laura, I own a med spa in Charlotte with two locations. Our first-visit numbers are fine; the problem is that most guests come once and never return. I want to launch a membership this quarter that makes coming back the obvious choice.

Build the whole launch: the membership itself (name, three tiers, what each includes as experiences and perks, never treatment promises or results), the member welcome kit, the page on our site that explains it and signs people up, the in-spa card the front desk hands over at checkout, a four-week launch plan of posts and emails, and the short script my front desk uses to mention it without sounding salesy. Our look is warm, quiet luxury: linen, brass, soft daylight. Keep everything about the brand, the place and the experience; no medical claims, no before and after photos, no drug or product names.

This is a sample for our page: make up an illustrative business, people and numbers, keep every real place real, and label it clearly as sample work.
