A pediatric dental practice a five-year-old asks to come back to

A pediatric dental practice designed so a five-year-old asks to come back: what the best children’s museum would do if it did teeth.

The brief, verbatim

I'm a pediatric dentist opening my own practice in March after ten years in a group. I want the whole world designed so a five-year-old asks to come back and a parent trusts us before we speak: the name and identity, the wall kids remember and tell their friends about, the welcome materials, the goodbye bag that's the best part of their day, and the words for the website. The bar is what the best children's museum would do if it did teeth — wonder first, clinical excellence visible underneath. I budgeted real money for this because it's the one thing dental school never taught, and every pediatric practice in this city looks like an insurance office.

What the room did

The brand world book: the lighthouse mark, the keeper’s-light character, color, type, the system at work. Behind it in the kit: the fabrication-grade signature-wall spec, the welcome packet, the goodbye bag, and the website words.
