We just closed on a hillside plot above Marbella — south-facing, looking over the Mediterranean. I want the house designed as a concept book I can hand to an architect and a builder: multiple levels stepping down the hill, big terraces, a pool that looks out over the sea, light stone, lots of glass. Renders at golden hour, floor plans, elevations, the materials, the site plan on the actual slope. This is the house we've worked twenty years for — make the book breathtaking.
