Hey Laura, two hundred investors fly in for our annual meeting and we read them a deck. Nothing they take home shows the companies. Make a three minute film of our companies to open the meeting, a 60 second cut and a vertical cut for the week after, and the printed program book with the agenda, the speakers and a page per company, also as a PDF. The film opens on a bright first frame, and shows the plants, the trucks and the people, never charts. This is a sample; the firm, the companies, the people and every figure are invented, and no figure is a real return. We're Monon Street Capital in Indianapolis, a private equity firm buying family owned manufacturers and distributors in the Midwest. The meeting is May 13, 2027, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at a restored union station hall downtown, with 210 investors and guests. The film's three stories: Prairie Gear Works in Fort Wayne, a third generation gear shop that added a second shift and 40 jobs; Wabash Valley Supply, a plumbing distributor whose new Terre Haute warehouse ships same day across Indiana; and Hoosier Cold Chain, refrigerated trucking out of Columbus, Indiana, where a driver of 22 years now trains every new hire. Agenda: welcome from the managing partner Ellen Varga at 9, the year in review at 9:30, three CEO conversations at 10:30, lunch at noon, the outlook at 1, questions at 2. Our colors are brick red and cream. RSVP at meeting.mononstreet.example.
