Hey Laura, our next fund's raise starts in March and our deck is still the last fund's. Investors see two hundred decks a year and ours looks like the rest. Make the deck for Fund III, 22 slides as a PDF, and a two page teaser we attach to first emails, in our look: why us, the strategy, the track record, the team, five companies that show how we work, and the terms summary. Use every figure exactly as given. This is a sample; the firm, the funds, the companies, the people and every figure are invented, and no figure is a real return. We're Tidewell Ventures in Boston; we lead seed and Series A rounds in health software, climate and industrial software. Fund I, 2017: $60 million, 22 companies, 3.1 times net on paper, 1.2 times returned in cash. Fund II, 2021: $140 million, 19 companies, 1.6 times net on paper. Fund III target: $225 million, about 25 companies, first checks of $2 million to $4 million, half kept for follow ons. Two exits from Fund I: Ledgerlight, sold to a hospital software company, and Coldline Sensors, sold to an industrial controls maker. Five companies to show: Ledgerlight (hospital billing), Coldline Sensors (cold storage sensors), Harbormind (port scheduling), Fernwork (home heat pump installs), and Quillon Health (home dialysis scheduling). The four partners: Anika Rao, former hospital operator; Tom Brennan, two companies founded and sold; Grace Liu, climate engineer; Samuel Okoye, industrial software operator. Our colors are deep blue and sand. Investors reach us at ir@tidewell.example and the site is tidewell.example.
