A bakery's one brutal task, and whether a robot makes sense

A bakery drowning in one brutal task, trays in and out of the ovens all night, asks whether a robot actually makes sense.

The brief, verbatim

I run a mid-sized bakery and we are drowning in one brutal, repetitive task, trays in and out of the ovens all night, and I cannot hire fast enough. I want to know if automation makes sense. Design a realistic robotic system for this specific job: what the robot does, how it fits my space and works safely around people, what it costs, and how long until it pays for itself. Be honest, not science fiction. Show me the setup and the numbers so I can decide whether to actually pursue it.

What the room did

A 20-page feasibility dossier: the robotic cell designed for this specific job, the cell in the room, what it costs, what it replaces, and when it pays back.
