Read the full request

I manage a 220,000 square foot office building in Atlanta for an institutional owner. New tenants move in every month and every time my team pulls together a messy pile of emails and PDFs.

Make our tenant welcome kit: a welcome guide with everything a new tenant needs in the first month (access, parking, deliveries, who to call, building rules, amenities), a one page move in checklist, and the welcome email we send the day the lease is signed. It should make tenants feel this building is well run.

This is a sample for our page: make up an illustrative company, people and numbers, and label it clearly as sample work.
