The Cold Side of the Street
A twenty-second cold open: a double agent in Vienna confronted by his own colleague on a rain-slick street, both men speaking on camera.
The brief, verbatim
Trying to see if you have any video making capability. I want like a 20second or 30 second or 15second preview rail of an action movie .. a story about a double spy in Vienna about to get confronted by his own collegue , but I want it to be like a movie and the collegue speaking to him .. you have complete liberty to shoot this however you want and for the 2 actors to look and say whatever they want to each other , full freedom on the setting etc .. I just want to see if you can do it
What the studio made
The teaser: a wet side street, one warm cafe window, one hard lantern. The colleague steps into the light and says it; The spy does the arithmetic and answers in five words; It cuts before the resolution. Both actors speak on camera. The script and shot list, cast stills and a poster ride with it.
The finished work
