I host three short-term rentals and turnovers are my hell: the cleaner finishes, I ask "is it guest-ready?", I get "yes," and then the guest finds a hair in the shower. I want a browser app my cleaners open on their phone: the checklist per room, a photo snapped as proof at each step, and when they finish I get one ready-to-rent report with every photo, timestamped. Editable checklists per property. Make it so simple a first-day cleaner cannot get it wrong.
What the room did
A phone-first browser app for the cleaners and a PIN-gated zone for the host: the checklist per room, the photo gate at every step, the ready-to-rent report with every photo timestamped, editable checklists per property, and the six-page getting-it-live companion. It runs as a server, so the card plays a recording of the real app being used: a house tapped, a step opened, the photo gate fed and saved. The screens in the viewer are photographed from the same running app.
