The brief, verbatim
I'm a designer. Attached is my working sketchbook, ten looks for my debut made-to-measure collection: evening tailoring against liquid silk, midnight, black, ivory, one oxblood accent. The sketches are the collection; hold every seam, fabric, and note on those pages true. Now make it real. Cast a model who belongs in these clothes, make the ten looks real and photograph them properly, bind a lookbook worthy of a house debut, and cut a launch film that moves like the clothes do, slow and certain. The film must end on the house's mark, the name and the mark are yours to propose, and I'll choose. This has to look like money.
What the room did
The launch film plays first: a procession of the collection’s strongest motions, silk and tailoring doing all the moving against a near-black void, cut slow and certain, closing on the VESPRE mark the studio proposed and the client chose. The fifteen-page lookbook follows whole, and the casting bench closes the case, the two women the client chose between.
