A fifty-million-euro house invented whole, told as a magazine feature

A fifty-million-euro Marbella house that does not exist yet, invented whole and told as a magazine feature: a writer's day in the house, room by room, with cover-grade photography.

The brief, verbatim

Nothing there I need to pull forward, this is a fresh house. Here's the brief.

The one design choice worth naming: I anchored it as an editorial feature in the Luxe / DuPont Registry register you described, a writer and photographer spending time in the house and telling its story room by room, rather than a spec sheet. That framing is what turns it from a listing into a magazine cover. Full creative freedom on the architecture and the writing, as you asked.

``` I want a magazine feature about a house, an editorial story the way Luxe or DuPont Registry would run it: a writer spent a day in an extraordinary home, walked it room by room, and a photographer came along, and together they made a beautiful piece about the place. The house does not exist yet. You are inventing it and telling its story as if it is real and already legendary.
The house: a modern architectural masterpiece in Marbella, Spain. Around 10,000 square feet, set high on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean, with a golf course spread out below and the sea beyond. An infinity pool that seems to pour off the edge toward the water. A roughly 50 million euro house, the kind that lands on a magazine cover. Exquisite, serene, and confident. Beyond that, you have complete creative freedom, the architecture, the materials, the light, the flow, the soul of the place. Design it however you believe the most beautiful house in Marbella should be.
Write it as real editorial, not a brochure. A named writer telling the story of this house and the people who might live in it, moving through it space by space: the arrival and approach, the great living spaces, the kitchen, the primary suite, the spa and pool, the terraces where the sea meets the golf course, the quiet corners. Let the writer notice things, the way the afternoon light moves, the sound of water, the materials underfoot. Give it a point of view and a little romance. The kind of piece a reader lingers over and dog-ears.
Bring the photographer. Every section is anchored by a stunning architectural image, magazine-cover grade: the hero shot of the house on its hill at golden hour, the pool over the ocean and the course, wide interiors full of light, intimate detail shots, the terraces at dusk. The photography carries as much of the story as the words. Cohesive, editorial, breathtaking.
Design it as a finished magazine feature: a cover with the house and a title, a striking opening spread, the article laid out with images and pull quotes, room by room, the way a real luxury shelter magazine is built. Elegant typography, generous white space, the restraint of a title that does not need to shout.
The standard: someone flipping to this should stop, believe the house is real, and want to live in it. Give me a magazine story about the most beautiful house in Marbella, and make it look like it belongs on the newsstand next to the best in the world.
What the room did
A twenty-nine-page magazine feature, newsstand-built: the LEEWARD cover, the opening spread, and the writer's walk through the house room by room. Arrival, the great room, the kitchen, the primary suite, the spa, the pool over the sea, every section anchored by editorial photography, with pull quotes and the restraint of a real luxury shelter magazine.
