Products & Industrial Design · A cabinetmaker's pencil sketch, rendered to sell

Clóset a Medida

A cabinetmaker sketches by hand; the studio turned his pencil drawing into the photoreal room a client falls for, labeled in Spanish.

The brief, verbatim

So Laura. I have a friend who designs and makes cabinets for clients . He is in Mexico . He typically sketches them by hand with a pencil on a piece of paper as attached and he wants to use the studio to render his sketches into something realistic that his clients can visualize , fall in love with and ask him to build , so he can get the job . Can you do that for him . The attached sketch is for a closet and it’s gonna be white . I beleive it’s written in spanish and I want what gets built to be in spanish too in case there are things he needs to read . This is a great use case for the studio

What the studio made

A two-page presentation: a photoreal hero of the finished white closet installed along one long wall in warm daylight, styled his-and-hers, and the elevation he builds from — both cabinets drawn true to his sketch, every section labeled in Spanish, dimensions in inches. With the hero at full resolution and a close detail of the drawers and shoe racks.
