The brief, verbatim
I run Juniper & Main Coffee Co. in Denver — three cafés (LoDo, Highlands, Wash Park) plus a small roastery doing wholesale. My quarterly board meeting is Saturday, five days from now, and my three investors get materials two days ahead, so I need everything by Thursday night.
Attached: twelve months of P&L exports by location (August 2025 through July 2026) and the bank summary — cash, the loan payment, my draws, the one-time stuff.
What I need from you: 1. The board deck. 2. A KPI one-pager I can hand across the table. 3. A cash-flow forecast model with best/base/worst scenarios I can actually play with — change an assumption, watch the runway move. 4. Honest speaker notes. Not cheerleading — what I should actually say, including about anything uncomfortable.
Topline looks fine. LoDo is growing, wholesale is growing, we're profitable every month. But cash feels tighter than the topline says it should, and I haven't found why. Somewhere in these numbers something is going the wrong direction — find it yourself; if you can't find it, I shouldn't send you the deck.
One of my investors recomputes ratios by hand during meetings. Assume nothing gets past her.

What the room did
