Who owes what, what is aging, and a one-tap polite nudge

An invoice-chasing app for a six-person electrical contractor: who owes what, what is aging past 30, 60, 90 days, and a one-tap nudge that gets politely firmer each time.

The brief, verbatim

I run a small electrical contracting business, six of us. The work is great; the getting paid is not. I am owed five figures in overdue invoices at any given time and I hate chasing. I want a simple app: my open invoices with days overdue, and one tap writes the polite nudge for me, firmer on the second, firm but professional on the third. Show me who owes what at a glance and what is aging past 30, 60, 90 days. I want to stop financing other people's businesses for free.

What the room did

A zero-dependency web app, its real screens in the viewer and the card face the app itself at work: the aging ladder totals what is owed across the 30, 60, 90-day buckets, open invoices sort worst first, and one tap drafts the nudge, polite first, firmer second, firm but professional third. Nothing sends itself; the user copies it into email or text.
