Three identical townhomes staged as three complete lives

Three identical new-build townhomes, six weeks on the market empty: one floor plan staged as three complete lives, so every buyer finds the one that already feels like theirs.

The brief, verbatim

I'm a small developer sitting on three identical empty townhomes, and they've been on the market six weeks because empty rooms make people feel nothing. Photos of all three attached, every room. I don't want one staging look copied three times. Furnish each one completely as a different life: one for the young family, one for the professional couple, one for the downsizers, so every buyer who walks through the listing photos finds the one that already feels like theirs. Same rooms, three whole stories.

What the room did

The lookbook walks one floor plan through three whole lives across twenty-five pages: the young family, the professional couple, the downsizers, each with its own set of ten listing-ready rooms in the developer's own photographs. The three great-room heroes close the set, one per life.
