We just closed on a new-build condo and it's a beautiful empty box — photos attached, that's really how empty it is. Great room with the big window, open kitchen behind it. I need the whole room designed and furnished, high-end and for real: the layout, every piece named — sofa, chairs, rug, lighting, the dining table, the art — with actual brands and actual prices, arranged so the room works for two people who host eight. Budget 120,000 dollars for this room and I'd rather buy twelve perfect things than thirty good ones. Show me the room finished from the angles I photographed, and give me the buy list in the order the pieces should arrive.
What the room did
