I run a remodeling company. A couple just bought a tired 1980s two-story in Plano: a dark kitchen, closed-off rooms, dated bathrooms and a worn-out front. Show me the house as it is today, then the whole remodel inside and out: before and after pictures of every main room and the front of the house, a before-and-after video they can watch together, and the work laid out room by room so my trades can bid it.
