What they asked for, word for word
I'm an architect with a first meeting next week. A couple owns a wooded slope outside Asheville looking west to the mountains and wants a modern single story house: four bedrooms, about 3,500 square feet, warm wood and stone, a big kitchen they can cook in together, a covered porch facing the view, a quiet office for her, a mudroom for the dogs, and the drive coming in from the low side of the lot. Give me a concept package to walk them through: the plan, the house inside and out, and a short walkthrough film.

What the studio made

Beside it, a walkthrough film up the drive from the low side of the lot, through the house and out to the porch facing the view, and the site, section and materials sheets on their own. The couple and the lot are a sample made for the example, nothing in it is a construction document, and every page says so.
