Hey Laura, a sample; the companies and numbers are invented. We sell industrial 3D printers, and one of our customers, Bellweather Packaging in Greenville, South Carolina, now prints the gripper fingers on their packaging line instead of machining them from aluminum. What they told us: lead time went from five weeks to two days, each finger is 60% lighter, they print about 1,400 a year in a tough nylon, and line changeovers dropped from 45 minutes to 15 because a new set is ready the next morning. Their plant engineer is happy to be the voice of the story. Make the customer story: a two page PDF our reps can send, a web page, and a film of about a minute that shows the part, the printer and the line.
