Spaces & Architecture · Floor plans, build-up film and a house you can walk
The Calloway
The finished work
A large modern family house drawn from nothing: the plan sheet on a desk rises into walls, then the whole house, and then you walk through it.
What they asked for, as it opens
Design a large, modern U.S. house — I’ll let you invent the plan as a sample, the same way you did the last one (please see attached ). Build the full chain off it: the example floor plan, the top-down 3D render furnished, and a longer cinematic build-up film (aim for ~20 seconds) that shows the approach, the massing building up, and the facade reveal. …
What the studio made
The Calloway, carried from paper to a house you can walk: sheet A-101 with both floor plans drawn to scale, a scored build-up film in which the plan on the desk rises into walls, the white massing, the roof and the finished facade, the facade at full size, and a walk-through of the house that opens in any browser.
