The brief, verbatim

I run fulfillment for a fast-growing e-commerce company and we are hitting the ceiling of what people alone can do. I want to design a robotics system for my warehouse, properly, the way real robotics engineers would.

Design the whole thing. What robots do what, how they move through the space without crashing into each other or the people, how goods flow from truck to shelf to packed box, the layout, the fleet, the software brain coordinating it all, and how it scales as we grow. Be real about throughput, safety, and cost, not science fiction. Then show it to me: the warehouse designed, the robots at work, the system diagram, and the numbers that prove it pays off.

Make me believe I could take this to an integrator and start building.

What the room did

A 26-page engineering dossier for integrator review: a phased fleet design under 100,000 SF of pallet-and-case handling, the goods flow, the traffic and safety model, the coordination software stack, and a scaling path to 2.7× today’s volume. Delivered with the print-ready floor plan (Sheet A-101 Rev C), three system diagrams, a live ROI workbook where payback recomputes as assumptions flex, and five rendered plates of the robots at work on the floor.
