Dr. Renata Alcott, DDS
Founder · General & restorative dentistry
Dr. Alcott grew up in Prescott and came home to Arizona after dental school at the University of Colorado and eight years at a busy community clinic in Denver. She opened North Peak Dental on Cave Creek Road in 2012 with one hygienist and two treatment rooms.
Her work is mostly restorative: crowns, bridges, root canals, dentures and single implants. Patients tend to describe her as unhurried. She puts the X-ray on the screen, tells you what she would do if it were her own tooth, and gives you the cost before you decide anything.
Most weekends she is on the Sonoran Preserve trails a few miles north of the practice, or courtside coaching her daughter’s club volleyball team.

Dr. Marcus Tellez, DMD
Cosmetic & restorative dentistry
Dr. Tellez grew up in Tucson, trained at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, and completed a one-year general practice residency in Albuquerque before joining North Peak in 2017.
He handles most of our cosmetic work, and his approach is conservative: the least treatment that gets the result you want, previewed in your own mouth before anything permanent happens. He will tell you plainly when whitening and bonding can do what you hoped veneers would.
He sees patients in Spanish or English, and spends his weekends building furniture in his garage, which he says is good practice for measuring twice.

Dr. Meera Sethi, DDS
General & family dentistry
Dr. Sethi grew up in Chandler, studied at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, and completed an advanced general dentistry residency in Phoenix before joining North Peak in 2021.
Many of her patients come to her after years away from the dentist. She works at the pace you need: she explains each step before it happens, agrees a stop signal with you, and uses nitrous oxide (laughing gas) when it helps.
She also sees children from age four, often booked alongside a parent’s checkup so the family comes in one trip. Away from work she is usually out on a trail run, or at her parents’ house learning her mother’s recipes.
